White Lake, Prince's Lakes, Nineveh, IN

Located in the beautiful rolling hills of south-central Indiana, White Lake is a 15 acre lake and one of 14 lakes comprising Princes Lakes in Nineveh, Indiana.  Princes Lakes was developed by Howard Prince in the mid-1940s as a weekend retreat. Today, three-fourths of the home owners reside full time on White Lake.  Only residents living on the lake have lake access and are responsible for the care of the lake's well-being and the integrity of the dam.

In 1985 the Indiana Department of Natural Resources approved the formation of White Lake Conservancy District (WLCD).  In 1987 the residents voted on forming a conservancy district to assist in their maintenance and upkeep of the lake and dam (See White Lake Information for additional information).
